Makeup was created during Maybelline International Makeup Competition. Theme was was to create a makeup for a Young Popstar for her concert.. Makeup artist or contestants needed to create not just makeup but an overall image for her. I chose the makeup look based on Bollywood kind of image. The idea was to mix a Western Popstar image with a Bollywood style of makeup and accessories. I think it would be cool if Christina Arguilera would have this makeup look for one of her show or perhaps a music video. I wonder how will she look like with Bollywood elements on her.

This makeup created for a client who went for an annual dinner with dinner theme - “Animal Kingdom”. The makeup theme chosen by him, with his cute round face shape to make him look like a persian cat. It took about one and a half hour to complete this look.. A few, special effect colors were used and some glitters to give some effects for night event makeup like this. Hope it gives some ideas for people out there to try this look for your annual theme night dinner or at any events that have a theme.. Enjoy..

A make-up look created for entry semi-final Fantasy Make-up Competition. Inspiration behind my make-up creation comes from abour humans have no appreciation towards the forests which makes me realized that the forests are deteriorating day-by-day. Knowing the fact, I began to create a look that expressed my dissatisfaction. The look carries the message that the spirit of the forest detests such damage by human beings. Therefore, MOTHER NATURE is the spirit that rises to protect the mother nature from further destruction. I wish by created this make-up look will make people more aware how much important to keep our forest from being damage. I hope, behind this message it does give ideas for some people to work on character makeup for events or fashion show, or for Halloween party..
Color concepts:
Since this make-up creation represent nature, therefore I use basically earth colors range which are, beige, soft green, brown, black for eyes area. For cheeck color I use same range of tone which is brownish bronzer and a deep brown for shading under cheek bone which enhance the cheek. As for Lips, three shades of brown been applied. Dried leaves attached on face area is to represent nature combine with earth colors range.
